Sharon brings a wealth of expertise gained from years of hands-on experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum, combined with over six years in a managerial role supporting adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
 

Her comprehensive background enables her to approach each individual with a deep understanding of their unique challenges and strengths. Sharon is dedicated to creating personalised support plans that address the specific needs of each person, encouraging growth, independence, and an improved quality of life.
 

By leveraging evidence-based strategies and compassionate care, she ensures that her services are not only effective but also empowering for those she works with. Sharon's holistic approach to support involves close collaboration with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to provide a well-rounded, impactful solution.

Her proven track record underscores her ability to consistently deliver positive outcomes, making her a trusted expert in both child and adult developmental support.

Dennis Yeboah
Manager

Dennis, with years of experience as a Senior Support Worker, has developed and implemented a range of effective strategies that help his service users achieve meaningful progress and long-term independence. His expertise spans creating individualised support plans that promote not only immediate growth but also sustainable self-reliance over time.

As the leader of our mentoring strategy, Dennis plays a pivotal role in guiding young people with Autism and ADHD, equipping them with the tools and resilience needed to navigate their daily challenges.

His approach is centred on empowering individuals to thrive, supporting personal growth, and enhancing emotional well-being through tailored support and consistent guidance.

Dennis is committed to ensuring that each client's journey towards independence is both enriching and sustainable, leveraging his deep understanding of neurodiverse needs to help young people overcome obstacles and build confidence in their abilities.

Clinical Lead
Ryan Spears serves as our Clinical Lead, bringing a wealth of experience as a Registered Nurse.

He has expertly managed some of the most complex cases, including those involving challenging behaviour and severe learning disabilities, with his expertise extending across several Central London Integrated Care Boards.

With an impressive career that spans all major London hospitals—both within the NHS and the distinguished private sector on Harley Street—Ryan’s background is a testament to his clinical excellence. His experience as a District Nurse further underscores his deep commitment to community care.
