Sharon is dedicated to creating personalised support plans that address the specific needs of each person, encouraging growth, independence, and an improved quality of life.

Dennis, with years of experience as a Senior Support Worker, has developed and implemented a range of effective strategies that help his service users achieve meaningful progress and long-term independence. His expertise spans creating individualised support plans that promote not only immediate growth but also sustainable self-reliance over time.

As the leader of our mentoring strategy, Dennis plays a pivotal role in guiding young people with Autism and ADHD, equipping them with the tools and resilience needed to navigate their daily challenges.
